Position and employer : Lead HVAC Installer with Redlands Plumbing
Location : Redlands, CA
Salary : $28 – $40+ an hour based on Experience

Job requirements :
- 5+ years’ experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations
- Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of : Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team
- Complete jobs on tight timeframes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
- EPA Certified Required
- NATE Certified (preferred)
