We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor Neonatal ICU to work in Las Vegas NV supporting our client.

This position is only for full time NIGHT shift

Job Description :

Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient family care partner and appropriate others. Coordinates multidisciplinary team members directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Oversees and guides employees that are under his / her supervision. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times

Skills and Certifications :

• Minimum 3 years experience as a NICU RN
• Must have or be able to be licensed in Nevada
• BSN required.
• Must have at least 2 years progressive supervisory experience in NICU
• Security Clearance Required : No
• Visa Candidate Considered : No
