Registered Nurse - Pediatric Cardiac ICU
- Salary : $94,328 - $138,258
- $15,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments.
Join Our Team : We are looking for RNs to join our Pediatric Cardiac ICU, committed to providing critical care with a focus on heart conditions in pediatric patients.
Role and Responsibilities :
Shifts Available : Nights, 3-12hr Shifts with rotating weekends.
Provide critical care for pediatric patients with cardiac conditions.
- Manage tasks including administering medications, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and ventilator support.
- Utilize computerized systems for documentation and ensure efficient coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- Offer education and support to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth discharge process.
Adhere to strict safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred or ASN with enrollment in a BSN program.
- Current Nevada RN license or pending license acceptable.
- BCLS / BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred within one year of hire.
- At least 1 year of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience or related acute care pediatric experience.
- Skills in critical thinking, communication, and handling fast-paced environments.

- Salary : $45.35-$64.37 / hr + Shift Differentials : $2.10 / Nights & $1.50 / Weekends
