St. Luke's Home Infusion Services is seeking an RN to join our Meadowlake Infusion and Injection Center team located in Meridian, ID. What you can expect from this role Full Time Days Monday-Friday with rotating weekend call This position requires traveling within the Treasure Valley area. Provide comprehensive care to infusion patients in an outpatient and / or home setting to include the administration of IV infusion medications to treat serious infections, dehydration, gastrointestinal diseases, or autoimmune diseases. Work autonomously and use your skills and abilities to make decisions for the best possible outcome for your patients. Provide individualized care and develop meaningful relations with patients while focusing on their overall well-being.
