Description :
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and engaging new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and helping ACS grow its market share. This position requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of IT solutions, and a proactive approach to sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure client needs are met and that sales goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Proactively identify and target potential clients within a defined territory or industry segment through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
- Sales Prospecting : Qualify inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities by researching client needs and matching them with ACS's products and services.
- Consultative Sales : Engage with clients to understand their IT requirements, challenges, and business goals, then recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions from ACS's portfolio.
- Sales Presentations : Provide product demonstrations and conduct virtual sales presentations to educate prospects about ACS solutions and how they can add value to their business.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the company’s CRM
- Negotiation & Closing : Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals to meet sales targets and company objectives.
- Client Support : Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales team, Sales Support, Client Experience and Operational departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Sales Reporting : Report sales activity and progress to the VP of Sales, keeping them informed of key opportunities, sales forecasts, and potential challenges.
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to better understand client needs and position ACS as a top provider of IT solutions.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector. Experience selling hardware, software, managed services, or IT solutions is highly desirable
