We are seeking an Instructional Designer to develop strategic learning solutions that effectively deliver quality content to employees using creative and audience-appropriate formats. The role involves creating comprehensive solutions that transfer knowledge, achieve business outcomes, and promote a learning culture aligned with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities : Design thoughtful and comprehensive learning solutions linking business needs with innovative design and assessment methods. Create engaging, outcomes-based training programs combining instructor-led, practical, and technology-based learning. Develop diverse content, courses, learning paths, and curricula for employees at all levels. Apply best practices and current research in learning theories and instructional design. Incorporate company branding, values, and culture into learning content and delivery. Build effective relationships with business partners to identify and assess training needs. Collaborate on learning strategies for implementation and assessment. Translate business needs into actionable learning solutions to meet organizational goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Profile : Excellent organization and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences. Attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Effective team player. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree required. At least 1 year of experience with Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline). At least 1 year of professional instructional design experience with a focus on e-learning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative tools preferred. Nice to Have : Experience with learning management systems, especially Cornerstone On Demand. Experience developing Management and Leadership programs.
