Moulton Law Offices is a leading force in Estate Planning and Elder Law services in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Our office works as a team to help clients and their families navigate unfamiliar territory and ensure that it is done right. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated desire to work in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law, be a self-starter, be self-motivated, and be able to manage a dynamic role.
DESCRIPTION :
We seek a Senior Attorney with established Elder Law experience or an Associate Attorney that has a demonstrated desire to learn and grow our Medicaid, Elder Law, Special Needs, and Guardianship practice areas. You will counsel clients and their families regarding Medicaid advance and crisis planning and qualification, asset management, legacy planning, special needs, guardianship, and conservatorship.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Meet with clients to advise regarding Medicaid, Elder Law, Special Needs, and Guardianship processes.
- Prepare and draft legal documents.
- Advise fiduciaries through conflicts in the legal process.
- Manage an independent caseload.
- Maintain an independent schedule.
- Attend court hearings to facilitate guardianship, conservatorship, and Medicaid cases.
- Network and communicate with other professionals.
- Work within our team to help ensure the best client experience possible.
