About the Role :

As a Real Estate Acquisition Associate, you'll play a key role in identifying and acquiring distressed properties for our investor clients. These properties will then be brought back to life and renovated for resale ('fixed and flipped") by our clients. You'll be involved in every stage of the process, from researching properties to managing transactions, while contributing to the revitalization of homes in our local communities.

Responsibilities are :

• Research, view, and acquire distressed properties
• Write and negotiate offers that meet investment criteria
• Maintain and update property information in the CRM
• Oversee the escrow process for acquired inventory
