Join Our Team as an IT Support Specialist!
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to become an essential part of our dynamic team in our Dallas, TX office. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch technical support to our end users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to innovative projects and a collaborative work environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Empower Users : Respond promptly to help desk tickets, messages, and emails, resolving issues related to PCs, applications, printers, faxes, and network connectivity.
- Lead & Escalate : Serve as a go-to expert by acting as an escalation point for complex helpdesk challenges.
- Document & Educate : Develop clear, user-friendly documentation for common issues, ensuring helpdesk staff and end users have the necessary tools.
- Leverage your Expertise : Utilize your advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory to manage user accounts, permissions, and email configurations.
- Hardware & Software Management : Install and replace hardware and software across multiple locations, apply security patches, and manage company assets precisely.
- Plan for Success : Collaborate on disaster recovery plans and coordinate equipment relocation and reallocation during company moves.
- Support Remote Users : Help team members working in other offices access essential technology and provide solutions for portable and handheld devices.
- Project Collaboration : Work closely with the Innovation & Technology Department on exciting projects, research, and process improvements.
