Experienced CNC programmer for both mill and lathe. Working knowledge of Mastercam is a big plus.

We are looking for a motivated individual that can work in a fast-paced machine shop environment. This position is primarily responsible for all aspects of operating various machines and maintaining them in the Machine Shop. This includes CNC as well as manual machines. Additional duties include assembling and repair of various machines parts as well as in-house machinery. ...

Responsibilities : General Machinist :

  • Ability to read technical drawings o
  • Ability to operate a computer to Print drawings
  • Research via the internet items or solutions for various projects

Manual Machines :

  • Ability to operate manual machines that include : Lathes and Milling Machine, Surface grinders (ID and OD)

    • CNC Machine :

  • Perform routine maintenance of CNC Machines, Mills and Lathes
  • Maintain all CNC related tooling, keeping them organized and in working condition
  • Setup jobs in CNC machine
  • Program CNC Machine via conversational input mode
  • Load CAM program in CNC machine, double-check Tool in carrousel, Speeds and Feeds for tools and materials
  • Run CAM program with minimal risk
  • Write programs for CNC machines using MasterCam.
  • Other duties may include Operate Injection molding machines, Operate Metal stamping press, and Operate fork-lift

    • Working hours : 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

    Education : High School

    Experience : 7-10 years

    Qualifications :

    At least eight years of experience in general machining with CNC experience.

    Language Skills : Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, documents such as safety rules, operating and maintaining instructions, and procedure manuals.

    Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    Computer Skills : Ability to use Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook familiarity with SolidWorks and Mastercam.
