Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) In Clinic
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will have the opportunity to work closely with our center director to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children and families in our Avondale clinic.
About the Role
At Java Autism Services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with autism. We are committed to creating a collaborative and supportive environment for our clinicians, where you can grow professionally and personally.
Position Requirements
Current BCBA certification and Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing
Experience with a variety of behavior analytic assessments and treatment approaches
Strong understanding of BACB supervision requirements
Ability to deliver and receive clear, compassionate feedback
Growth mindset and leadership potential
Role Responsibilities
Serve a caseload of clients in our Avondale clinic, providing ABA therapy services
Collaborate with the center director to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
Deliver high-quality therapy services to clients, including parent training and consultation
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
