Technical Business Analyst

Hybrid : Grand Rapids, MI

14-month Contract with possibility to go Full time (40 hrs / week)

100,000 + (D.O.E.)

Our client, a well-established retail company, is searching for a Technical Business Analyst to support a mainframe migration. The Business Analyst will collaborate in an agile development environment to gather, document, prioritize, and help test requirements, improving technological solutions. Furthermore, they will use cloud-based experience to ensure a smooth legacy transition. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with data visualization tools.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5 – 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Agile project methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL and a deep understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Retail industry or similar industry experience preferred
• Experience with mainframe migration or similar experience
