We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team. This position involves providing hands-on support for hardware and software issues, managing and securing endpoint devices, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. Responsibilities include installing and configuring applications, monitoring and resolving system issues, managing IT assets, and performing routine maintenance. The role also involves writing scripts for system management, troubleshooting third-party software, and collaborating on IT projects. Additionally, the job requires conducting system audits, developing network architecture, and ensuring compliance with PCI and CIS frameworks.
50% of your time you will be doing :
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 hands-on support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage, maintain, and secure all endpoint devices within the organization's network.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including setting up and decommissioning accounts, devices, and access permissions.
- Install and configure desktop applications and operating systems.
- Monitor the incident ticketing system and work on assigned tickets.
- Monitor and optimize system health.
- Identify and resolve system problems, demonstrating persistence and resourcefulness.
- Manage structured cabling, connectivity, and hardware installations to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct system audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage IT assets
- Write and maintain scripts to improve system management tasks
- Assist in the configuration and troubleshooting of integrated third-party software and peripherals

This position is based out of our headquarters office, south of downtown St. Paul. We welcome an on-site work environment Monday through Friday. The hours for this position are either 7 : 30 – 4 : 30 or 8 : 00 – 5 : 00.
Compensation
Scanlan International, Inc. offers competitive pay that aligns with the local market in which we operate. We value performance and recognize it during our annual merit review process. The pay range for this role is $74,800 – $131,000 annually. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
