Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability A high degree of patience, empathy, and understanding Proficiency in basic computer skills, including accurate typing, navigating websites, entering and recalling data, using word processors and spreadsheet software, managing emails, and familiarity with digital communication etiquette and techniques

Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. The Job Coach is a crucial member of our team, responsible for providing on-the-job training and support to help participants achieve their employment goals. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, with clear pathways for career advancement within Lambs Farm.
The Role
- Provide tailored, hands-on job training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in both facility-based and community settings
- Assist participants in developing and improving essential employment skills
- Monitor and evaluate job performance, offering guidance and adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Support individuals in transitioning to work in community businesses, whether through group-supported work or independent employment
- Collaborate with other staff members and community partners to create a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that aligns with Lambs Farm's mission and values
