Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate
Clyde & Co seeks a 2- 5 year associate to join our insurance coverage litigation team. This practice represents US and foreign insurers in complex, high value, high profile coverage litigation and arbitrations. In this role you'll have meaningful responsibility as part of a thriving practice.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Prepare pleadings and briefs
- Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations to clients
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw / Lexis / Nexis
- Draft interrogatories and document demands

The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000. The range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
