The Loan Quality Assurance Analyst is required to convey an image of professionalism, efficiency, and competence as a member of the Celtic Bank team. The Loan Quality Assurance Analyst is expected to deliver exceptional service and maintain all related activities in an organized and consistent manner. You will collaborate closely with team members across various departments as needed to ensure assigned deadlines are achieved. As the Loan Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Celtic Bank General Policies as well as state and federal regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT CELTIC BANK
- Maintain a great attitude and professional disposition with both internal and external parties, especially while handling deadlines, delays, and setbacks.
- Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and best practices.
- Ensure that all items needed for a loan to be underwritten have been received and placed in the correct location by BDO/BDA.
- Review loan submissions for general eligibility of SBA or USDA rules.
- Communicate with BDO/BDA about missing items, eligibility items and processes prior to loan being assigned to an underwriter.
- Pull business credit reports, MARI reports, UCC filings, flood determinations, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong technical skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Office, internet, and SharePoint/OneDrive.

Physical and Other Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. - Work Model: The employee in this position will work either a fully Onsite or Hybrid work model. All employees, regardless of location, may be required to travel to the Salt Lake City office for mandatory company meetings, events, or related occasions.
- Utah-based employees: Hybrid work schedule available after initial training period in our Salt Lake City, Utah office – department and job requirements will determine eligibility.
