As part of our Logistics Center, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth material handling and processing operations. You will work with SAP transactions, handle customer returns, and support various logistics tasks while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Hours - 6 AM EST - 2 : 30 PM EST
K ey Responsibilities :
- Process customer returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document the receipt of returns and ensure attention to detail.
- Resolve issues and follow up on returns to ensure completion.
- Adhere to established SAP transactions for material handling.
- Assist with other tasks and fill in for various roles as needed.
