Gpac is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory & Logistics. This role would be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations for the company's product line(s).

This role involves ensuring the timely delivery of products, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs. This role would lead the team in coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring the storage and distribution processes meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management :

Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demand forecasts and ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.

Oversee logistics operations, including inbound shipments from suppliers and outbound deliveries to retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Identify and implement strategies for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing supply chain operations.

Lead and develop a team of inventory and logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Work closely with the procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management and logistics with other business functions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for the storage, transportation, and handling of pet treat products.
