Job descriptionHigh School diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills Follow all safety guidelines for cleaning products. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation. Employee is responsible for own transportation and related costs such as gas and insurance. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. Will have to purchase own vacuum cleaner. Company provides all cleaning supplies and PPE. Unlimited Referral Bonus (When someone you refer works 40 hours you get $40, When they work 100 hours you get $100) Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card. United Talent is currently seeking a Cleaning Tech for Charleston, WV!
Job Responsibilities :
- Learning, training and following the Speed cleaning training system.
- Providing cleaning services according to the Work order
- Following all company policies and procedures on the job
- Reporting in / out of jobs using designated process
- Inspecting own work
- Picking up needed equipment for special cleaning jobs
- Completing any job-related paperwork
- Maintaining 5-star customer service satisfaction
Pay and shift : Pay is $14.00+ an hour. Pay can go up based on experience. Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
