Job Title : Maintenance Electrician - 2nd Shift

Job Description

This 2nd shift Maintenance Electrician position operates from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work required. The role involves electrical maintenance and support for product-specific work cells to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. Responsibilities include responding to downtime situations, performing preventative maintenance, documenting maintenance activities, and identifying potential future issues. Additionally, the role involves process verification and adherence to process deviation procedures when changing parameters.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and support for product-specific work cells.
• Respond to downtime situations to restore machine functionality.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all work cells and document performed maintenance.
• Evaluate and identify potential future maintenance needs and issues.
• Execute process verification procedures and follow process deviation procedures when changing parameters.
• Conduct repairs including fabricating, replacing bearings, and repairing / replacing hydraulic pumps, cooling pumps, mills, conveyors, belts, drives, and drive material transfers.
• Perform minor facility maintenance repairs and collaborate closely with the person on these issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 / hr.
