Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor
Ensure the reliability of process machinery, ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance, reducing maintenance stops, reduction of repair times, reduction of times between failures, in order to guarantee maximum efficiency per line, designing and updating action plans for the most recurrent failures in the factory, managing compliance with predictive maintenance. Responsible for contributing in all the KHMS activities for each chapter in all the areas. Coordinate and provide the necessary resources to the maintenance staff to carry out their respective tasks.
Main Responsibilities :
- PM Execution.
- Assurance of the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance execution in all the machinery.
- Reduction of unplanned losses in the factory.
- Responsible for the execution of maintenance chapters, compliance with preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance, implementation of chapters for reducing bankruptcies due to maintenance and critical spare parts in the spare parts warehouse.
- Responsible for the engagement activities of the technician team.
- Supervise compliance with quality and safety policies and procedures and good manufacturing practices.
- Manage your process non-conformities, lead the root cause analysis, assign action plan responsibilities, and ensure timely closure of actions to eliminate the root cause.
- Initiate the change management flow for any identified changes to your process.
Minimum Requirements :
Education : University Maintenance, Electromechanical, Electric, Electronic engineering, grade Bachelor.
Proven experience leading work teams.
