We are excited to invite a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our marketing and sales efforts by coordinating, writing, and preparing proposals, maintaining marketing materials, and assisting with a variety of marketing activities. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can work collaboratively with our Director of Marketing, Principals, project managers, technical staff, and external consultants. Location :

  • This is a remote, full-time position with standard office hours. Candidates must be located in Florida. Preference will be given, in order, to those located in Tallahassee, the Florida Panhandle, and Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and prepare proposals / qualification packages, including stripping RFPs for proposal requirements and outlines, compiling information, formatting, proofing, and presenting high-quality responses with the appropriate content.
  • Organize, write, and maintain materials in support of proposals and qualification packages, including resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate information, and related data.
  • Collaborate with principals and technical staff to develop proposal and collateral materials.
  • Create presentations and graphic materials for interviews and conferences.
  • Coordinate with consultants for proposal and qualification information.
  • Coordinate with team members to create and maintain website and content.
  • Complete vendor and client prequalification packages.
  • Maintain the project job list for accuracy and current data.
  • Coordinate with team members to create social media content and support with images, graphics, project descriptions.
  • Develop and enforce the use of company branding and materials, including logos, templates, color palettes, fonts, etc.
  • Maintain projects, events, and social media photography database. Coordinate photoshoots w / architects and clients. Take photos when necessary and edit as needed.
  • Manage and maintain the proposal and marketing file structure.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events and conferences.
  • Provide graphic design and coordinate the production of collateral materials, including brochures, ads, jobsite banners, and qualification packages.
  • Develop and procure promotional items and giveaways.
  • Review websites and search engines for architecture and engineering RFPs, RFQs, shortlist, and award notifications.
  • Attend and participate in regularly scheduled training courses to build marketing, writing, and communication skills.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism or related degree, and 2 years’ experience is preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in AEC industry will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, and photography.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
