Job description :

Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient-facing caregiver, you'll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing / financial aide and insurance. Patient Care Coordinatorswork in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

At our Neurology Clinics, we specialize in evaluating, diagnosing and treating all neurological conditions, whether common or rare. Join our team to collaborate with highly skilled subspecialists and provide for patients with a wide range of neurological concerns.

Required Qualifications :

  • 1 year of experience in medical / healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role.
  • Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
