The Retail Marketing Manager for the West USA will drive the excitement and success of our groundbreaking new vehicle launches. You'll be responsible for taking global / regional go-to-market strategy and localizing them to resonate with our target audience.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing; you'll be a strategic partner to our retailers, empowering them with data-driven insights and innovative marketing recommendations to elevate the customer experience and increase sales.
By deeply understanding the INEOS Grenadier customer journey, you'll identify key opportunities to propel regional growth and solidify our brand's presence in the market.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Launch excellence : Develop and execute comprehensive regional and local marketing plans for new vehicle launches, ensuring seamless alignment with national strategies and maximizing market impact
- Retail partnership & empowerment : Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with our retailer partners, providing strategic marketing guidance, training, and resources to drive local business growth
- Customer journey optimization : Analyze our customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
- Data-driven marketing : Utilize data analytics and market research to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI
- Strategic planning & execution : Manage regional marketing budgets, KPIs, and project timelines, ensuring efficient and effective execution of all marketing initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with sales, product, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
- Market intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Presentation & communication : Develop and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives and retail partners
- Drive lead optimization focused on lead conversion, process improvement, and sales
- Evaluate performance of, and provide guidance on, effectiveness of tools and integrations
- Counsel and review retailers Tier 3 Media plans, focused on driving demand and conversion
- Conducting website reviews to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and adherence to best practices
