In this role, you will be responsible for managing and refining our marketing technology stack, ensuring optimal utilization of platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, WordPress, Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and more. You will be instrumental in establishing seamless integration between these systems, implementing automation and segmentation, and maintaining excellent data hygiene practices.

Position Summary :

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in establishing reporting methodologies, lead scoring techniques, and attribution models to effectively track and report on our key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and our CRM administrator, you will ensure alignment between systems and provide recommendations for enhancing campaigns, processes, and overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including but not limited to HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and others
  • Ensure effective utilization and capabilities of platforms, establishing integrations between systems
  • Implement automation and segmentation strategies to enhance marketing initiatives
  • Maintain data hygiene practices to ensure data compliance and accuracy
  • Establish reporting methodologies, lead scoring techniques, and attribution models for tracking and reporting on KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the CRM administrator to align systems and improve campaigns, processes, and strategy
  • Work closely with team members to execute projects, including the development of landing pages, nurture campaigns, follow-up automations, and emails
  • Evaluate new technology and solutions as needed
  • Provision, train, and provide best practices to team members utilizing solutions
  • Additional duties as required
