Clinical Scheduler
The Clinical Lab Scheduler is responsible for serving as a point of entry for individuals who would like to participate in Masimo sponsored clinical trials. The Scheduler will screen potential subjects and schedule qualified candidates for clinical trial projects. Responsible for accurate documentation and communication of patient and clinical subject information.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Screen and evaluate candidates to determine whether they are suitable participants for any ongoing protocols
Understand and be knowledgeable in qualification for protocols
Communicate standards and procedures of protocol effectively to potential participant
Effectively utilize scheduling systems in appointment scheduling
Follow-up with subjects when necessary after participation in protocol
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and subject information
Create logs and assist in all aspects of data entry and clinical monitoring
May assist in other administrative roles as needed
Minimum Qualifications :
Understanding of medical scheduling or medical front office
Strong computer skills including MS Office
Professional telephone and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication
