We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Inventory Management and Reporting Specialist. The goal of this role is to manage and analyze data related to aged virtual inventory reconciliation, working closely with Finance, AFO, and all Product Centers to drive business process improvements and optimize inventory management. As a Inventory Management and Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's Digital Transformation initiatives and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
The work includes managing and analyzing data related to aged virtual inventory reconciliation, implementing enhanced Digital Transformation initiatives, collaborating with interdepartmental teams on projects and initiatives, developing and maintaining effective metrics and reporting programs, utilizing Lean tools to update and develop process flow documentation, streamlining opportunities, and eliminating non-value-added activities. The selected candidate will regularly work with Business Intelligence tools.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in data management and analysis, particularly in an inventory management or logistics context. You will possess a strong foundation in IT, with experience working with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Tableau, Box, Slack, Share Point, and Business Intelligence tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business process improvements and optimize inventory management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive business relationships with internal teams and customers. Experience working with Lean tools and methodologies, with the ability to update and develop process flow documentation and eliminate non-value-added activities. A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and governmental procedures relative to purchasing and financial reporting activities.
