About the Opportunity :

The Material Controller will provide all aspects necessary in the coordination of the flow of incoming materials and supplies within the facility.

Location : Manchester, CT

This role will be onsite 100% of the time.

Responsibilities :

• Performs receiving transactions for all incoming materials and supplies. Enter data into the ERP system to track inventory levels and update records.
• Move received goods to the next location for processing.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.
• Assist in picking and packing orders for shipping.
• Organize and maintain the receiving area to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming shipments.
• Support the creation of PO's for Outside Vendor's when needed.
• Prepares various reports as required by the Shipping / Receiving Supervisor.
• Works with and / or assists Purchasing in contacting venders for missing paperwork (i.e. Packing Slips, Certificates of Conformance, Material Certifications).
• Perform inspection of hardware as required.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
