• Sales and Business Development :
• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, cold calling, networking, and client outreach.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to agency growth.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients’ staffing needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Research and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands.
• Understand client industries and businesses to provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams :
• Work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to ensure that the right candidates are matched with client requirements.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to continuously improve services.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and objectives.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM systems.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, outlining progress toward targets, opportunities, and challenges.
