Design Engineer (Full-Time) – Manufacturing / Industrial Focus
We are seeking a full-time Design Engineer with experience in manufacturing or industrial settings . The ideal candidate will have strong 3D modeling and mechanical design skills , along with knowledge of machine systems and electrical controls .
Must-Have Requirements :
3D Modeling & Design : Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor for mechanical component and system design.
3D Part & Assembly Creation : Experience designing individual parts, assemblies, and castings .
Sheet Metal Design : Ability to design sheet metal parts , including developing flat patterns for fabrication.
Manufacturing Drawings : Skilled in creating part, assembly, and weldment drawings that meet manufacturing standards.
Machine Design Experience : Knowledge of designing pumps, motors, spray systems, and heat exchange systems (electricity, steam, and hot water).
Electrical Controls Integration : Experience incorporating electrical controls for motors, heaters, and system operations .
ERP & Manufacturing Systems : Familiarity with ERP software and manufacturing processes .
Education : Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
Must be comfortable relocating and sitting fully onsite out of their Kentucky office, but they will pay for relocation and offers various relocation packages.
