The Role :
As a Digital Media Associate at Cart.com, you will play a crucial role in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok. You will work closely with the Digital Media Manager to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns for clients across eCommerce, Membership, SaaS, and Education verticals. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Assist in the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Traffic promotions and BAU (Business as Usual) assets across various platforms.
- Conduct routine optimizations on ad sets, keywords, audiences, and creative elements.
- Pull and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track campaign performance.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.
- Create and implement consistent naming conventions across various platforms.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on campaigns, ad sets, and ads to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Someone with a high level of attention to Detail : Given the need to conduct quality assurance checks, traffic promotions, and implement consistent naming conventions, you must possessa high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in campaign execution.
An expert organizer : The role involves managing multiple campaigns, platforms, and reporting schedules simultaneously. Strong organizational skills are required to manage these tasks efficiently and ensure that all campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
What You’ve Done :
1+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
Digital Marketing Campaign Management Experience : Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok. This includes a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, targeting options, and performance metrics.
Analytical Experience : Ability to pull, analyze, and interpret data from various reports. Proficient in identifying trends, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Professional experience and knowledge with marketing principles and definitions / applications of ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA
Advanced in delivering Excel and PowerPoint deliverables
Nice to Haves :
Knowledge of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Experience working or interning at a digital media agency or startup.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
