Act as the primary media contact, managing press inquiries, pitching stories, and securing high-impact media coverage. Create compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, and digital campaigns, aligning with brand messaging and SEO best practices. Collaborate with our marketing and healthcare system partners to drive joint media initiatives and storytelling opportunities. Manage crisis communications and sensitive media relations alongside executive leadership. Monitor market trends and public sentiment, providing data-driven insights for refining our media approach. Travel 10-20% to support media events and market activations across the U.S. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in media relations, PR, journalism, or healthcare marketing. Proven success securing media coverage at national, regional, and local levels. Strong content development skills across digital, social, and traditional media. Excellent storytelling abilities—crafting narratives that engage audiences and strengthen brand perception. Experience with SEO, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools to track performance. Outstanding communication & relationship-building skills, especially with executives, journalists, and industry partners. Experience in healthcare marketing or working with health system partners. Background in multimedia content creation (videos, infographics, podcasts, etc.). Previous collaboration with creative agencies and external media partners.
