Growth Marketing Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Growth Marketing Manager who can own our marketing ecosystem from strategy through execution. This is not a traditional marketing manager and media role.

You will be responsible for growing our revenue and aggressive brand building primarily through driving TikTok growth, influencer partnerships, AI-powered marketing automation, and PR marketing. Deep expertise in Shopify optimization/UX/UI optimization, CRO, driving traffic and Customer LTV, Content and Email marketing, building funnels, Community building on Facebook and WhatsApp, including webinar marketing. You should love analyzing data, testing new ideas, building systems, and constantly improving conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Building a marketing strategy for significant growth and customer journey optimization, understanding our target audience and our customer journey, and designing optimized experiences for our customers.
2. Own and continuously improve our Shopify website with the goal of increasing website conversion rate and revenue.
3. Driving a complete website refresh, including improving site navigation, updating products, creating landing pages, and more, while optimizing for conversions.
4. Driving technical SEO efforts that improve the customer digital experience, including improved page speed, etc., from insights through SEMrush and Ahrefs.
5. Publishing blogs that drive traffic and convert with transactional keywords and AI GEO/SEO.
6. Building funnels from top to bottom, including optimizing collections and product pages, creating promotional landing pages that convert, and capturing retargeting audiences.
7. Managing the marketing technology stack, apps, and integrations that drive customer experience.
8. Building high-converting sales funnels through content development and conversion optimization, including: webinar landing pages and funnels, Lead generation, Product launch, Email capture, Upsell and cross-sell funnels.
9. Constantly driving A/B and conversion testing and improving, including headlines, offers, pricing, CTA efforts, lead magnets, and checkout flows.
10. Own all email marketing, including - Campaign creation, Weekly newsletters, Promotional emails, Product launches, Customer education, segmentation, and Automation. Also optimizing our email welcome series, abandoned cart, Win-back, VIP campaigns, and Webinar campaigns. The goal is to optimize open rates, click rates, Revenue per email, and Customer lifetime value.
11. Own the complete webinar marketing process, including Registration pages, Confirmation emails, Reminder sequences, Facebook Lead Ads, Follow-up sequences, Sales emails, Webinar funnels, and Conversion tracking. The goal is to fill every webinar with qualified attendees.
12. Develop and execute a highly impactful brand-building and Social Media Growth strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The goal is to cover everything from viral content planning to Scheduling, Community engagement, analytics, testing, and improvement.
13. Building a growth strategy and revenue growth for our brand on TikTok Shop, including driving live shopping campaigns. The Goal is to build a highly engaged TikTok community that drives sales.
14. Growing our influencer Marketing program that builds influencer collaborations, content creator relationships, and partnerships; identify and recruit creators and influencers; negotiate partnerships; manage relationships; track ROI; manage affiliate and ambassador programs; and acquire and deploy UGC across multiple social media platforms.
15. Develop and grow an engaged brand community program. Grow and manage our engaged brand communities, including our Facebook and WhatsApp Groups, Email Community, and VIP Customer Groups. The goal is to create loyal brand advocates and ambassadors by driving engagement, educational content, community events, Live sessions, Customer feedback, and Referral programs.
16. Drive AI-driven marketing to improve productivity using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, CapCut, etc. Our goal is to automate and use AI for content and email creation, data analysis, and improved productivity.
17. Track and analyze KPIs; track and report metrics, including Revenue, ROAS, CAC, Conversion rate, LTV, Email, webinar, community, and social media engagement, and Funnel metrics. Prepare weekly marketing dashboards and recommendations.

Qualifications

Required:

1. 5+ years in digital or growth marketing; proven Shopify revenue and CRO experience; strong Klaviyo experience; experience building sales funnels, such as webinars.
2. Experience managing influencer relationships and growing online communities
3. Strong copywriting and Excellent analytical skills
4. Preferred Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or eCommerce
5. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop.
6. Experience with AI marketing tools and Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and GA4
