Are you a certified Medical Billing Manager looking for an exciting leadership opportunity in a thriving healthcare environment?

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee billing and authorization operations, optimize workflows, and drive organizational success for our client as a direct hire candidate to join their team.

Position : Certified Medical Billing Manager

Location : Las Vegas, NV

Salary : $45,000 to $60,000 annually - Direct hire opportunity

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM PST

Your Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and enhance billing and authorization operations

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and billing protocols

Lead audits and financial analyses to enhance performance

Train and mentor staff on best practices in billing and coding

What We’re Looking For :

CPC or RCC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

3+ years’ experience in healthcare billing management

Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, and prior authorizations

Ability to analyze financial reports and optimize workflows

Experience with Medinformatix EHR (a plus)
