Job Description

Our passion for immersive storytelling extends beyond visuals, and we're committed to creating exceptional audio landscapes that captivate players worldwide. • Oversee project timelines and workflows for music deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks effectively to meet project milestones.
  • Manage team resources, allocate roles, and support team members in their development. Lead recruitment efforts to expand the music team, conducting interviews and selecting top talent who align with our company culture and project goals.
  • Build and curate a robust library of sounds, setting a high standard for the quality and variety of assets available for use across all video games and marketing materials.
  • Compose, arrange, and direct original music that complements our game narratives and promotional content, guiding the team to ensure consistency with the artistic vision.
  • Oversee the creation, recording, and editing of soundtracks, ensuring they meet technical and artistic standards before integration into games and marketing materials.
  • Prepare thorough project documentation related to music and sound design, facilitating clear communication and alignment across multiple departments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a managerial or directorial role within the music or gaming industry, with demonstrated success in leading a team and driving results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines, ensuring the team’s work aligns with the overall production schedule.
  • Expert-level knowledge in composing, recording, and editing music for multimedia, particularly for video games.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire and unify the team while liaising effectively with other departments.
  • High understanding of the gaming industry.
