Job Description
What you will be doing :
Provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.
May provide general support for a team or partner with an escrow officer.
Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process.
Open orders input closing statement information prepare documents for closing and handle the complete disbursement and followup of all escrow transactions.
Communicate requirements and other information to clients.
Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions.
Experience you will need :
2 years of experience in an escrowrelated role.
Solid understanding of functional tasks.
Experience may vary depending on task complexity.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Customer service skills.
Problemsolving skills.
Detailoriented.
