Position Summary :
Immigrants and refugees who are new to Minnesota need support in a variety of ways. You can help people build brighter futures by joining Resettlement Corps!
As a Resettlement Navigator, you will support individuals and families in their transition to living in the United States. Youll build relationships with participants and help connect them to the resources needed to build their new lives . This may include employment, housing, education, health and legal services, as well as other community resources .
Join our AmeriCorps team on a mission to support those new to the U.S.! We're actively seeking members for 2024-25 program year. Put your passion into action join Resettlement Corps and be the difference!
How Youll Take Action
- Establish a trusting relationship with participants .
- Help participants set goals and create an action plan.
- Research and track resources.
- Depending on your site, assist participants in one or more of the following areas :
Securing stable housing.

The Segal AmeriCorps Education Award can be used to pay tuition or repay qualified student loans. Individuals 55+ at the start of their service term may gift their award to a family member. Click here for more information.
