About the role...
As a Global Renewals Operations Director, you’ll oversee the strategy and execution of renewals processes and forecasting worldwide. Partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success, you’ll drive efficiencyinitiatives, develop customer retention strategies to maximize retention rates and customer satisfaction on a global scale.
Renewals are the life blood of a company’s revenue stream, and the Renewals Operations leader must be able to both focus on the achievement of Renewals targets while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing renewal workflows.
In this role you can expect to...
Manage renewals process andpolicies. Validate as-is processes and modernizethem to a best-in-class program
Createandmaintain Renewals Guidelines documentation and partner withSprinklr’s Enablement team on all Renewal's related trainings
Manage allsystems and tools for Renewals. Streamline operations and improve efficiencies for the end-to-end renewals process while ensuring cross functional teams are represented
Lead Forecast discussions while driving system efficiencies and identifytrendsleveraging BANT and MEDDPICC methodologies
Help with creating abest-in-class comp plan structure for a renewals team and partner with Comp team on analyzing, trending and creation of Plan & SPIFFs as needed
Expert in Renewals KPI's and can back this up with data driven reports
Develop strategies and data driven programs to improve RR%'s
Represent Renewals Sales on internal calls for new initiatives, launches and any process related changes
Participate in Renewals Transformation and drive adoption cross-functionally
Be an escalation point to help enable the Renewals team in their day-to-day challenges with deal structuring, forecasting concerns and commission exception requirements

Strong analytical skills for data driven decision making and strategic thinking to develop renewal strategies
10+ years of proven experience of Sales Operations, preferably Renewals, in a software sales organization, ideally 5+ years working with Revenue Accounting Operations
Expert in creation and consolidation of Renewals Forecasting – aiding in enforcement of policies
Organized, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
Driver of and expert in Capacity Modeling for Renewals and territory planning
Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel, CRM and Renewal Management systems
Deep understanding of the SaaS business models and Renewals subscription metrics
Excellent communication skills with ability to ‘stand your ground’
Strong analytical and financial skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision

Compensation Range
146,000 - $195,000 - $244,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location.Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package : the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and / or equity plan, depending on role.
