As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a critical role in nurturing the growth, development, and learning of student's in our care. Our ideal candidate is a professional with a strong understanding of child development and the skills to create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster cognitive, emotional, and physical development in toddlers.
• Create and maintain a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages socialization, exploration, and learning.
• Develop and execute individualized lesson plans based on the developmental needs of each child.
• Implement our Judaic curriculum.
• Observe and assess children's progress. Maintain documentation of child development, behavior, and any significant milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support the overall growth of each child.
• Effectively communicate with families, providing updates on their child's progress and well-being, and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure that the classroom and materials are kept clean and organized.
• Support social emotional growth using appropriate behavioral guidance.
• Maintain a sanitary classroom environment.
