Hispanic Technology Executive CouncilIrving, TX, United StatesThis IT Organizational Development Lead role is within the Wholesale Lending Technology (WLT) department which itself is part of the Data Solutions Engineering organization. WLT is transforming Credit Risk and Lending technology from the ground up; establishing a strategic end-to-end integrated Wholesale Credit Risk and Lending ecosystem to simplify business process, strengthen controls, improve data quality, drive organizational productivity, and enhance the overall client experience.
The Organizational Development team aims to equip 1000+ WLT colleagues of all backgrounds, across the globe, with the tools to succeed and continuously develop wherever they are in their career with Citi and for implementing an engagement, communications and training strategy that ensures they feel seen, heard, connected and continually growing their potential.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who will drive strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and take a genuine thought leadership role on the overall health of the global organization. This role requires someone with excellent communication, executive presence and leadership skills, strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate and hold senior leadership accountable to develop, execute, and monitor organization development strategies aligned with team and companys mission and goals.
- A creative thought leader that can drive WLT Leadership Team in decision making and strategic planning on Talent Development, Graduate & Intern programs, Resourcing, Location strategy, Global Event planning to drive cultural change
- Define frameworks, oversee and manage special projects, initiatives and process improvements across the organization
- Develop, execute and manage global Communications & Reporting strategy
- Maintains global policy and procedures for the organization. Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards and reporting measures.
- Manage a team of 6-7 VP and below colleagues
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
