Looking for a job that makes a difference? Want to help improve the lives of at-risk youth? Key is currently seeking Outreach Caseworkers (also known as " Outreach & Tracking Caseworkers") to work with adolescents and their families who are involved with MA Department of Children & Families (DCF) and live in the Greater Worcester Area . The Outreach & Tracking Caseworker is directly responsible to oversee and execute services for clients and families referred by DCF.
Wage / Salary Benefits Include :
- Hourly wage : $24.50

- Bilingual salary differential depending on language. Qualifications :
- REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (i.e., psychology, sociology, criminal justice, human development, human services, etc.)
- Minimum of one-year direct care experience (part-time, volunteer or internship).
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid state driver’s license and legally registered and insured car for work use
- Due to the nature of the work and client needs, the Outreach & Tracking Caseworker position requires a 45-hour work week that includes some occasional evening and weekend shifts, on a rotating schedule with teammates. On-call duties may also be required.
Responsibilities :
The Key Program is a private, non-profit human services agency whose mission is to assist children / adolescents and their families to develop positive life skills so they may pursue productive and rewarding lives. Key works in conjunction with the MA DCF, DMH and RI DCYF and is an agency provider of both community-based outreach services and residential treatment programming.
