THE JOB :

Asa Mail & Package Handler for Business Center at Aria, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful experiences will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, assisting guests with the shipping, and receiving of packages, performing counter service functions and maintaining presentability, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY : $16.50

THE SCHEDULE : Part Time

Hours of Operation

Mon to Sat : 9 am - 4 pm

Sunday : Closed

Hotel Business Center Services

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

Cultivate premium guest experiences by perform shipping and receiving operations for all in-house guests and convention delegates

Efficiently process and document all stored inventory of courier and drop-off parcels

Process and deliver all inbound and outbound packages in the Business Services Center

Ensure proper security and accuracy when releasing packages or facilitating delivery of packages

Provide guest assistance in the processing and reviewing of all shipping and receiving materials

Ensure proper inventory, security and accuracy when releasing packages or facilitating delivery of packages

Perform counter service functions such as sending and receiving faxes, photocopying, computer workstation rentals, laptop and workstation printing

Assist guests with workstation personal computer functions, including Internet usage

Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

Has a flexible schedule and can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Bilingual

Prior experience with Forbes guest service standards in a hotel / resort setting.

Previous customer service experience in a retail setting

Polished appearance and presentability

Has prior experience with office functions such as photocopying, faxing, printing, laminating, packing, labeling, and shipping packages
