Job descriptionBachelor’s in Packaging Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of packaging design experience; cosmetics / consumer goods a plus. Knowledge of packaging tests, materials, and manufacturing methods. Proficiency with 2D drawings, problem-solving, and equipment troubleshooting. Experience in cosmetics packaging design is highly preferred.

Job Summary :
The Packaging Engineer will create innovative, effective packaging solutions for pharmaceutical-grade cosmetic products. You'll lead packaging design, development, and documentation to ensure product integrity, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility with manufacturing processes.
Job Duties :
- Develop and update packaging documentation (BOMs, specs, assembly instructions).
- Create and execute testing protocols for packaging performance and shipping.
- Assess materials and implement improved testing methods.
- Research new tech to enhance packaging efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate plant trials and summarize outcomes for packaging decisions.
- Support artwork approval and align labeling with regulations.
