About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner - Therapy , you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-demand travel healthcare positions across the country. Your success will directly impact patient care by ensuring our clinicians are in the right place, at the right time, and with the right support.
This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and critical to our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for travel clinicians, including sourcing, screening, presenting offers, and onboarding
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline with a focus on hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with Account Managers to understand evolving client needs and deliver results fast
- Ensure all placements meet compliance and credentialing standards across multiple states
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with travelers to support repeat assignments
- Document all activity in ATS with accuracy and urgency
