Description
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) works under the direction of the Clinical Director and under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide patient care within their scope of practice. The PCT will provide patient care in an ambulatory surgery center in both perioperative and intraoperative settings.
Requirements
Educational Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Medical assistant training / certification, nursing assistant training preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred in a medical setting.
