Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Designer and Pattern Maker to join our team in Dallas. This role is essential to bringing our creative visions to life, turning sketches into beautifully crafted garments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for precision, and an understanding of luxury couture craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist develop technical designs and patterns for custom bridal gowns and evening wear based on designer sketches.
• Cut and Drape fabrics with precision to match patterns, ensuring minimal waste and perfect accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the design and sewing teams to ensure the realization of the design vision.
• Make alterations to patterns based on client / model fittings and feedback.
• Maintain high-quality standards, paying attention to every detail and ensuring that garments meet our luxury standards.
