Position Overview
VDA is seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Graphics Processor to support our Creative Team in preparation for late summer events. This is an entry-level, contract-based position ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event graphics production.
Contract Duration : Week of July 21 – September 16
Weekly Hours : Approx. 15–30 hours / week (flexible, workload dependent)
Work Structure : Remote start; in-office required mid-August through September
Preferred Workdays : Tuesday–Thursday (negotiable)
Travel : Optional opportunity to travel out-of-state to assist with onsite graphics installation
Primary Responsibilities
- Use Adobe Illustrator to assist with file proofing and asset setup
- Conduct quality control checks on digital assets and physical prints
- Create proof packets using PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Prep final files for print production
- Generate basic graphics as needed
- Organize and catalog graphics for onsite installation
- Support onsite graphics management with the Lead Installer (if traveling)
- Lift and handle graphics materials (up to 30 lbs)
