Job Description : Job Summary : Prepare and pay wages and salaries and maintain related records in SAP. Execute accurate service processes related to Payroll services for an assigned group of employees. Ensure appropriate support for internal customers and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities :
- Process payroll and associated maintenance for respective employees, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of salaries and wages
- Process all new starters, terminations, master file changes
- Manage time attendance system
- Maintain pay records, associated time keeping data and statistics, leave records and related information
- Maintain award data and ensure payments comply with awards, arbitrated decisions and consent agreements
- Prepare information and documents for external authorities
- Establish positive internal working relationships and provide fast and efficient customer service to all employees in relation to payroll related queries.
- Ensure execution and delivery according to defined Service Level Agreement(s)
- Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers
- Communicate comprehensive and adequate knowledge of policies and standards on assigned processes as needed
- Ensure compliance with Group and external regulatory requirements
