We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in the Service industry, based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will handle various payroll-related tasks, including processing payroll for salaried employees, utilizing different software systems, and managing accounting functions.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the bi-weekly payroll process for salaried staff
- Utilize PayChex for payroll processing and management
- Manage and maintain accurate employee payroll records
- Operate various accounting software systems efficiently
- Handle inquiries related to payroll and resolve them promptly
- Conduct audits related to payroll as needed
- Manage 401k and RRSP administration for employees
- Oversee benefit functions related to payroll
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for various payroll tasks
- Generate reports as needed using Crystal Reports.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of Ceridian software
- Ability to use Crystal Reports
- Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
- Proficiency in using About Time software
- Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
- Auditing skills
- Expertise in Benefit Functions
- Experience with Paychex software
- Familiarity with Paychex Payroll system
