Description
- Oversee and manage global payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local, state, and international payroll regulations.
- Lead payroll system implementations and transformations , ensuring a seamless transition and optimization of payroll processes.
- Drive the global standardization and automation of payroll processes , identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements in all operating regions.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing payroll team, fostering professional growth and a culture of operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure payroll accuracy, reporting, and system integrations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all payroll-related matters, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with external vendors, including ADP , to optimize global payroll solutions.
- Handle complex payroll issues, audits, and risk mitigation strategies.
