About the Opportunity

As a Senior People Operations Specialist youll act as a first point of contact for complex crossregional People topics own and continuously improve core People Ops processes ensure seamless employee experience and a highquality support at every stage of their journey.

This is a hybrid role with office attendance in Denver expected 2 days per week.

What to expect

• Act as firstline contact for complex People topics globally (policies processes systems employment documentation data questions).
• Own and optimize endtoend People Ops processes within your domains (e.g. global onboarding / offboarding background checks Compliance Operation).
• Maintain and continuously improve People Ops documentation and employeefacing content for our selfservice.
• Serve as an operational expert in Workday; partner with People Tech and other People teams to drive automation and process improvements.
• Coordinate with external partners (EOR vendors backgroundcheck providers immigration counsel etc.) to ensure data and processes are accurate and compliant.
• Lead or support crossfunctional projects that reduce manual effort improve data quality and strengthen the employee experience.
• Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior People Ops colleagues; review work on complex cases; share best practices.

Colorado Salary Statement : The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity internal salary ranges market data / ranges applicants skills and prior relevant experience certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology) for example.

Colorado Salary Range : $87000 - $117000

This position is eligible for equity awards in accordance with the terms of Contentfuls equity plans.
